Free diagnosis

Tell us what you need, we send the diagnosis

Two minutes of questions. We review your site and your setup, then send a diagnosis with proposed scope and cost within 48 business hours. No call required.

The method

What we check before we write back

The diagnosis runs on the same 42-point rubric we apply on every client engagement, grouped into five sections. It is not an automated scan: a person opens your site, scores it point by point and writes up what they found. That is why it takes 48 business hours instead of five minutes.

The five sections

  1. 15 points

    Technical foundations

If an engine cannot crawl, parse or verify your site, nothing else matters. We check llms.txt, JSON-LD, sitemap, robots.txt, Search Console and Bing verification, hreflang and Core Web Vitals. the llms.txt standard · OpenAI's crawlers

  2. 10 points

    Content structure

Engines lift blocks, not whole pages. We check question-shaped H2s, FAQ blocks, numbered lists, definition callouts, author bylines and freshness signals. FAQPage markup · Google's structured data guide

  3. 8 points

    Entity consistency

An engine needs to be confident you are one single business. We cross-check company name, founder name, address, URL format, LinkedIn, directories, Wikidata and Google Business Profile.

  4. 5 points

    Citation measurement

Without measurement there is no diagnosis, only opinion. We define your target query list, the monthly audit method, the scoring rubric and the competitive benchmark.

  5. 4 points

    Distribution

Much of what an engine cites about you does not live on your site. We check forum presence, directory listings, guest citations and knowledge graph entries.

Frequently asked questions

What does the diagnosis cost?

Nothing. It is free and we do not ask for a card. We do it because it is the most honest way to show how we work: if the diagnosis is useful and you decide to fix things yourself, that is fine.

How long does it take to hear back?

A maximum of 48 business hours from the moment you send the form. It takes that long because a person reviews your site against the 42 points and writes the findings by hand; an automated scan would be instant and far less useful.

Do I need to book a call?

No. The diagnosis arrives by email and you can read it whenever you want. If you want to talk afterwards we will schedule it; if not, the document is yours to keep.

What exactly do you check?

The 42 points are grouped into five sections: technical foundations (15), content structure (10), entity consistency (8), citation measurement (5) and distribution (4). Each point is scored pass or fail.

Is it useful if I do not have a website yet?

Yes. In that case the diagnosis focuses on entity consistency and distribution — directories, profiles and mentions — which is exactly where engines look when there is no site to crawl.

Can I run the audit myself?

Yes. The 42-point checklist is downloadable and it is the same one we use. A careful pass takes you 3 to 4 hours.
