Technical SEO

Crawlability, site architecture, schema and on-page structure that ranks in Google and Bing. Native research in Spanish and English, measured against traffic and leads.

Most SEO problems are structural

Sites rarely underperform because they published too little. They underperform because the structure underneath cannot carry what was published — pages that render client-side and never get indexed, four URLs serving the same content, hreflang that points the Spanish page at itself, a redirect chain three hops deep between the ad and the landing page.

Publishing more content into that does nothing. Neither does a rank tracker. This service fixes the structure first, in Spanish and English, and then makes the pages answer what people actually search.

Getting cited inside AI answers is a related but separate job — that is our GEO service, and the technical work here is the foundation it builds on.

What we do

Technical audit

Crawl and index coverage, rendering (the single most common failure on modern JavaScript sites), Core Web Vitals, internal linking, duplicate and thin pages, canonical logic, redirect chains, robots and sitemap hygiene, and hreflang across your language pairs. You get findings ranked by impact and effort — not a raw 200-page export.

Bilingual keyword and entity research

Done natively in each language. Someone searching in Monterrey does not phrase things the way a translation of an English keyword would, and U.S. Hispanic search splits again between Spanish and English intent for the same buyer. We map what people type, what they compare before buying, and which entities you need to be unambiguously associated with. The deliverable is a page map: what exists, what to fix, what to build.

Site architecture and on-page

Topic clusters with internal links that actually connect, titles and headings written as the questions your buyers ask, the answer placed directly under the question instead of six paragraphs down, and FAQ blocks marked up. Structure that reads well to a person and parses cleanly for a crawler.

Schema and machine readability

Organization, Service, Article, FAQPage and Breadcrumb markup applied consistently across templates so you resolve as one entity, plus clean, non-duplicated metadata across the whole site. Entity consistency is what stops a search engine from treating your brand as three different companies.

Measurement

Search Console and GA4 read together against the pages we touched. We implement the tracking as part of our analytics service when it is not already trustworthy, because SEO reported against a broken GA4 property is just storytelling.

Who this is for

  • Sites with traffic that has flattened or slid and no clear technical explanation
  • Businesses selling into Mexico and the U.S. Hispanic market that need both languages done properly
  • Teams who have published content for a year into a site that was never structurally fixed
  • Anyone whose organic traffic and paid traffic land on the same broken foundation

What we do not do

We do not sell link-building packages, PBNs, or rank-tracker screenshots as a deliverable. We do not promise positions. If a site needs a rebuild rather than an audit, we will tell you that before you pay for the audit.

How we price

It depends on scope and site size. Audit plus a fix sprint is usually a one-time project; ongoing structure and content work runs as a monthly retainer. Month to month, no lock-in.

FAQ

Is SEO dead now that people ask ChatGPT? No. Google still sends the majority of the traffic we measure across client accounts. What changed is that search stopped being the only channel worth funding.

Do I need this or GEO? Different outcomes. This gets you found and clicked in Google and Bing. GEO gets you cited inside an AI answer where there may be no click. They share a technical foundation, so doing both costs less than two separate projects — but they are sold and measured separately, and you do not have to buy both.

Do you work in Spanish and English? Both, natively, as linked pairs — separate research and separate pages with correct hreflang, not a translated keyword list.

Can you fix things yourselves or do we need developers? Either. We implement directly on Next.js, WordPress, Webflow and Shopify, or hand your team a prioritized ticket list and verify each fix after deploy.

How long before we see results? Technical fixes can surface in Search Console within weeks; structural work is a quarter-scale project. Judge it at 90 days against traffic and leads.

What does it cost? It depends on scope. Fill out the diagnostic and we send scope and cost within 48 business hours.

Why HopperCat?

Fix the site, not the rank tracker

Rendering, crawl budget, duplicate titles, redirect chains and broken hreflang are why most sites underperform. We fix the causes rather than publishing more content into a structure that cannot carry it.

Spanish SEO that is not translated English

Keyword research done natively in Spanish, because how someone searches in Guadalajara is not a translation of how someone searches in Houston. Both markets get their own research, their own pages, and their own hreflang.

Technical first, content second

There is no point publishing into a site that renders client-side, ships duplicate titles, and blocks its own crawl budget. We fix the foundation before anyone writes a word.

Schema as infrastructure, not decoration

Organization, Service, Article, FAQPage and Breadcrumb markup wired consistently across templates, so search engines resolve you to the same entity on every page instead of three different companies.

Measured against traffic, not rankings

Rank trackers make agencies look good. We report organic sessions and qualified leads, tied to the GA4 setup we implement alongside, because SEO reported against a broken property is storytelling.

Process

  1. 1. Technical audit (Week 1)

Crawl, index coverage, rendering, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, duplicate and thin pages, hreflang, robots and sitemap hygiene. You get a findings document ranked by impact, not a 200-page export.

  2. 2. Keyword and entity research (Week 1-2)

Native research in both languages: what your buyers type, what they compare, and which entities you need to own. Output is a page map, not a spreadsheet nobody opens.

  3. 3. Technical fixes (Week 2-3)

We implement the fixes ourselves where we have access, or hand your developers a prioritized, specific ticket list. Titles, headings, canonicals, redirects, structure, speed, schema.

  4. 4. Page structure and on-page (Week 3-4)

Existing pages restructured to answer real queries: question-formatted headings, direct answers up top, internal links that connect the topic cluster, FAQ blocks marked up.

  5. 5. Measure and iterate (ongoing)

Search Console and GA4 read monthly against the pages we touched: impressions, clicks, organic sessions and leads, page by page, so you can see what the work actually moved.

Frequently asked questions

Is SEO dead now that people ask ChatGPT?

No. Google still sends the majority of the traffic we measure across client accounts, and that has not changed as AI search has grown. What changed is that search is no longer the only channel worth funding. This service handles search; getting cited inside AI answers is a different job, and it is what our GEO service does.

Do I need this or GEO?

Different outcomes. Technical SEO is how you get found and clicked in Google and Bing results. GEO is how you get cited inside a ChatGPT or Perplexity answer, where there may be no click at all. If your buyers still search, start here. If they have already moved to asking AI engines, start with GEO. They share a technical foundation, so doing both costs less than two separate projects — but they are sold and measured separately, and you do not have to buy both.

Do you work in Spanish and English?

Both, natively, as linked pairs. We do not translate an English keyword list into Spanish and call it research. Mexican Spanish and U.S. Spanish search differently, and both differ from English, so each gets its own research and its own pages with correct hreflang.

Can you fix technical issues yourselves or do we need developers?

We can do it either way. On Next.js, WordPress, Webflow and Shopify we usually implement directly. On custom stacks we hand your team a prioritized ticket list with exact changes, and we verify each one after deploy.

How long before we see results?

Technical fixes can show up in Search Console within weeks. Structural and content work is a quarter-scale project. Anyone promising you rankings in 30 days is selling something else. We recommend judging the work at 90 days against traffic and leads, not against rank positions.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope and site size. An audit plus a fix sprint is usually a one-time project; ongoing structure and content work runs as a monthly retainer. Fill out the diagnostic and we send scope and cost within 48 business hours, no call required.
